E-COMMERCE TIMES -- Feb 22 -- Somewhere between no-frills Craigslist and intricate eBay lies the new e-commerce offering introduced by TagWorld last week combining the new service of free online classifieds, which includes images and personalized storefronts, with auction features. TagWorld members can post items for sale in the new classifieds section and sellers can choose a fixed price or mark the item negotiable -- which allows buyers and sellers to haggle over a price.
